DEM Improvements was built around a passion for hands-on craftsmanship and the satisfaction that comes from helping homeowners improve the way they use their properties. Our team brings over 20 years of industry experience to every project. Today, we provide custom deck building, deck repair and restoration, pergola design and installation, wood fencing, vinyl fencing, and fence repair and replacement. We are fully licensed and insured, hold a carpenter’s license, and are OSHA certified. We also do not use subcontractors. That allows our team to remain directly involved in each project and maintain careful attention from the initial conversation through the finishing details.
